Evaluation
Performance Partnership Pilots for Disconnected Youth (P3) National Evaluation
The goal of the P3 National Evaluation is to identify and document the extent to which P3 increased coordination across federal agencies and programs to allow local communities the flexibilities they need to support disconnected youth. The U.S. Department of Labor-funded study is a requirement of the Consolidated Appropriations Act of 2014 and a result of the annual process to determine the Department’s research priorities for the upcoming year. It contributes to the labor evidence base to inform employment and training programs and policies and addresses Department strategic goals and priorities.
