It's Your Future Project
Overview
The It’s Your Future project implements two evidence-based teen pregnancy prevention programs: Safer Sex Intervention and Teen Outreach Program, which involve significant collaboration between Hennepin County, Minnesota’s Human Services and Public Health Department and its partners, including local government offices, non-profit organizations, and school districts.
Promising practices used in the collaboration include:
