Report to Congress on the Prevention and Reduction of Underage Drinking 2013

This report, developed by the Department of Health and Human Services's Substance Abuse and Mental Health Services Administration, provides an overview of the underage drinking problem in the United States, as well as an overview of the federal government’s response. Also included is information on 25 state underage drinking policies and laws, enforcement activities related to these policies, prevention programs, and state expenditures.
