Collaboration Purpose
youthCONNECT — launched and supported by Venture Philanthropy Partners (VPP), in partnership with the Social Innovation Fund (SIF) — is a transformative network of nonprofit organizations in the National Capital Region. Collectively, these organizations aim to help teenagers and young adults to successfully transition to adulthood. Specifically, partners in the network are working together over a five-year period to improve the education, employment, and healthy behavior outcomes of 20,000 low-income youth, ages 14–24.
